Woman’s Way Red Lodge (WWRL) has a firm commitment to the privacy of WWRL members, email recipients’ and website users. In order to provide member services and conduct the business of the organization it is necessary to collect names, addresses and other personal information from members. The following paragraphs describe WWRL’s information gathering and dissemination practices. The following topics describe how WWRL uses information voluntarily submitted by its members and other visitors (non members) to this site, wwrl.org, and WWRL events.This privacy statement may change at any time; any changes will be posted on this page.
Email Privacy
Email is our primary method of contact with members and visitors. Woman’s Way Red Lodge’s (WWRL) email lists, membership or contribution information is NEVER sold, rented, lent, exchanged, or used for any purpose other than official WWRL activity.Personal information of people who are on our mailing list Will NOT be used for any reason other than to send out email notifications for the purposes identified below.
Email notifications may be used for announcing: eNews release, emergent WWRL information, activities and events, membership renewal notifications and confirmation of online purchases and registrations. We will also use email to communicate as needed to conduct the daily business of Red Lodge. Content and the originating e-mail address of incoming e-mails from anyone who chooses to correspond with us may be retained, along with our responses. We will not send email notices that come from outside our organization.
Only our database administrator, members of the board and personnel directly involved in WWRL business projects may have email addresses of people who need to be communicated directly with about that project.
All Red Lodge members will automatically receive email notifications unless they request to unsubscribe.

Enews, Event and web site Information
On occasion, we may list the names of participants of gatherings and events in our eNews or web site. We may also publish pictures of event participants in our eNews or web site.If you do not want your name shared, please click here to "unsubscribe" and tell us that you do not want your name published in our eNews, web site or other publications without specific permission. If you do not want your picture published with us, you are responsible to share this wish at the event or gathering with everyone present.
Web Information Gathered
Our web server, as typically done, will gather information that can be used to create a log file for each visitor who accesses the site. This information helps us in development and maintenance of our web site to provide more value and further improvements to the user. This information may include:- The Internet Protocol Address (IP Address) of the machine that accessed our web site.
- The date of the web visit.
- The time of the web visit.
- The browser being used.
- The amount of time spent on the site
- Errors encountered.
The access logs do NOT record a visitor's name, address, phone number, credit card numbers, or any other personally identifying information.

Online Purchases and Registrations:
Information regarding method of payment is collected for member enrollment, registration and to process orders for products and services. Credit card and personal information provided for online purchases and registrations is processed by 3rd party entities, which use the highest level of encryption and security software available. You are protected against unauthorized use by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. We process our payments through Paypal.com, using a major credit card or your Paypal account. Our shopping cart service is asecurecart.net. Order Information originating on our pages is fully encrypted and secure as it is sent to our shopping cart service.
