Welcome to Red Lodge’s event listing site. Woman’s Way Red Lodge members may list events, activities, workshops and other types of programs they are involved in and other programs they think would be of interest to other members. Events held in other parts of the country (or the world!) are welcome. Your listing will go automatically to the Red Lodge Calendar page located at wwrl.org.

Listing your event is simple. First, read through the brief guidelines and agreements below and click AGREE. As a member of Red Lodge you will have access to the event listing site via a Login and password. Protect this benefit and privilege of membership and don’t give the information to someone else.

How it works:

1. Read the Red Lodge event listing agreement, guidelines and disclaimer below and click on the ‘agree’ button (if you do!).
2. Fill out the contact information page and create your password.

Once you have completed this part you are set to go to the event listing page where you will input the specifics of your program or event.  Next time you want to enter an event all you need is your email address and password.

Guidelines and Agreements

1. The opportunity to list an event on our Event Calendar is a benefit of membership in Woman’s Way Red Lodge.  Only members are authorized to submit an event listing.
2. Event listings must meet 5 of Red Lodge’s 15 principles.  Click here to see Our 15 Principles.
3. The WWRL calendar is only for listings in which an event, program, or workshop is the primary focus. Business or business-like listings are not appropriate. While event and program coordinators/facilitators are likely operating as a business (which is fine!), advertising products or services by way of an event is not appropriate. There are many fine products and services offered through seminars and educational forums as part of their promotional strategy, this is not the place for them. 4. Woman’s Way Red Lodge reserves the right to pull any listing without prior notification to the submitter if we determine:
1. It does not meet 5 our 15 principles,
2. Language used could be considered offensive,
3. Event or program suggests bias, bigotry or prejudice to other groups
4. Other unforeseen situations arise

WWRL will notify the member submitting the event by the email address and/or phone number given to us to explain our action.  If we are not able to reach the member after a reasonable effort we will suspend their access to our Calendar.  It is then the member’s responsibility to contact WWRL.

Woman’s Way Red Lodge is not responsible nor to be held liable in anyway for content, errors or misinformation that has been listed on the Community Calendar.  We do monitor listings and validate member status and information as part of overall supervision of the Community Calendar.
